Ladies Functional
Fitness classes
The Ladies Functional Fitness classes is a strength-based, small-group program built specifically for women who want to feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in and out of the gym and don’t worry, it’s not about running yourself into the ground or doing burpees until you drop. (It's not CrossFit)
Here’s the plan:
We start with 2 sessions per week in a supportive, fun environment, no judgment, just solid training with great people. As we go, we focusing on strength, core stability, functional movements, and conditioning that actually supports your lifestyle, not punishes it.
No endless cardio. No high-intensity chaos.
Just structured, progressive training designed to help you feel stronger, leaner, and more capable, physically and mentally.
We want to bring together a group of like-minded women who want to train smart, build confidence, and feel good doing it.
CrossFit Skills
In Our NEW CrossFit Skills Class we take time and focus on all the skills such as Gymnastics Movements, Rope climbs, Double under’s and Box Jumps etc.
Gymnastics, is a key component of CrossFit, building body control, strength, and coordination. At York Performance, our CrossFit Skills Class focuses on Gymnastic movements like pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstands, and ring work to enhance overall athletic performance.
Whether you're mastering the basics or refining advanced skills, our expert coaches provide progressions tailored to all fitness levels. By improving core stability, mobility, and body awareness, you'll move more efficiently and unlock new levels of strength in your CrossFit workouts.

AEROBIC CAPACITY
Aerobic capacity is the foundation of endurance, allowing you to perform longer and recover faster. At York Performance, our CrossFit-focused aerobic training enhances cardiovascular efficiency through structured running, rowing, cycling, and interval workouts.
Designed for all fitness levels, our program improves stamina, pacing, and oxygen utilisation, key for sustaining high-intensity efforts. Whether you're aiming for better WOD performance or overall endurance, our expert coaching helps you push past limits and build lasting energy.

MENS HEALTH PROGRAM
The Men’s Health Program is a strength-focused, small-group program designed for men who want to build real power, muscle, and take better care of both their bodies and minds and no, it’s not CrossFit.
Here’s how it works:
We kick off with 2 sessions per week for the first few weeks, in a small, supportive group.
As the group adapts, we’ll progress to 3 sessions per week.
You’ll train with purpose: explosive power, strength training, muscle building, and conditioning, without it feeling like a bootcamp.
This isn’t about smashing yourself every session.
It’s about building long-term strength, muscle, and confidence, with a program you can actually sustain and enjoy.
Every member also gets access to a personalised nutrition plan, whether your goal is to bulk up, lean out, or just feel better day to day.
Our goal is to build a solid group of like-minded guys who want to train hard, and level up, physically and mentally.
OPEN GYM
Take control of your training with Open Gym Sessions at York Performance. Whether you want to refine your technique, follow personalised programming, or get in extra work outside of class, our fully equipped CrossFit facility is available for your independent training needs.
With access to top-tier equipment, including barbells, rigs, rowers, and conditioning tools, you can train at your own pace while still being part of our supportive community. Perfect for athletes looking to fine-tune skills, recover, or hit specific fitness goals.
