Jonny has been a personal trainer for ten and a half years, five and a half of which have been spent at his own gyms. He says his goal with every person he works with is not only to help them achieve their fitness goals but to also help them develop the same passion for exercise and wellness that he has and that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives.
