Strength & Fitness

The Strength & Fitness session at York Performance is our trade mark class. This class includes plyometrics, speed, agility, gymnastics, endurance, core stability and strength training. Every session will be different while working through our 3 energy systems to help all aspects of our fitness and working on our compound movements to increase strength levels, As well as this, all members will have the opportunity to learn new skills and lifting techniques to improve athletic performance.
