Our 4 WEEK FOUNDATION PROGRAM consists of:
👉2 sessions a week
👉Tuesday and Thursday – 6.00am
👉Each session will be specifically designed. So in 4 weeks you will have the ability and the confidence to join our membership and choose from our ever growing timetable!
