Our 4 WEEK FOUNDATION PROGRAM consists of:
๐2 sessions a week
๐Tuesday and Thursday – 6.00am
๐Each session will be specifically designed. So in 4 weeks you will have the ability and the confidence to join our membership and choose from our ever growing timetable!
WE WANT 6 – 8 PEOPLE IN THIS GROUP
