Our Classes

Body Armour Session

Our Body Armour Session will consist off 100% weight training,

  • NO CONDITIONING WORK
  • NO MACHINES

Our aim from the Body armour sessions is to put on lean muscle mass, to increase muscle tone and increase strength. We will follow a 12 week structured hypertrophy cycle program to help all members achieve their goals. There will be 3 sessions a week, example sessions:

  • Day 1 Push / Pull
  • Day 2: Legs / Biceps/Triceps
  • Day 3 Push/Pull & Legs
