8 week performance program

The hugely successful York Performance 8 week Performance program is a structured program designed to increase the individuals Strength + Fitness within an 8 week period. Each member will complete 3 strength tests and 3 fitness test on week 1 as well as being given a personalised nutrition plan. Throughout the 8 week program all individuals will be pushed out of their comfort zone in order to beat all strength and fitness tests that are re taken on week 8. This a great program for anyone who wants loss weight following different training methods, improve body composition and improve strength & Fitness.

All members who enrol on this program will have their nutrition program personalised towards their goal, whether it be weight loss, maintenance or improving strength and performance.
