  • Caveman TrainingOur Caveman Training class will be based around strength & conditioning. During this session our members will be working with short rep ranges workIng on strength & power, using bodyweight and equipment such as ropes, D balls, barbells, kettle bells and prowlers. After a short rest the class will then take pan in the conditioning section of the class which may include, loaded carries, weighted runs, sledge hammers on tyre and tyre flips etc. This class Is great for the individual who wants to build speed, strength and power.   • Team Strength & FitnessOur Team Strength & Fitness session is a workout designed with two or more people in a team. Partners can be paired either male/female or both of the same sex. The workout can consist of two exercises or more. The best thing about a team workout is you get a breather. Some workouts require only one person to do an exercise while the other rests. This is where you take full advantage of the rest time so you can go 100% when it’s your turn. Other workouts require both people doing an exercise at the same time. As well as being fun, team workouts bring a different dynamic to your routine. You have to work with someone else in a team. You’re encouraging your team-mate throughout the whole workout plus you still have to do your best but you also need to help your partner be his/her best. Depending on the exercise, this is also a great time to gauge your technique and make any necessary improvements.   • 8 Week Performance Program8 week performance program The hugely successful York Performance 8 week Performance program is a structured program designed to increase the individuals Strength + Fitness within an 8 week period. Each member will complete 3 strength tests and 3 fitness test on week 1 as well as being given a personalised nutrition plan. Throughout the 8 week program all individuals will be pushed out of their comfort zone in order to beat all strength and fitness tests that are re taken on week 8. This a great program for anyone who wants loss weight following different training methods, improve body composition and improve strength & Fitness.   • Team Strength & FitnessOur Team Strength & Fitness session is a workout designed with two or more people in a team. Partners can be paired either male/female or both of the same sex. The workout can consist of two exercises or more. The best thing about a team workout is you get a breather. Some workouts require only one person to do an exercise while the other rests. This is where you take full advantage of the rest time so you can go 100% when it’s your turn. Other workouts require both people doing an exercise at the same time. As well as being fun, team workouts bring a different dynamic to your routine. You have to work with someone else in a team. You’re encouraging your team-mate throughout the whole workout plus you still have to do your best but you also need to help your partner be his/her best. Depending on the exercise, this is also a great time to gauge your technique and make any necessary improvements. During this session our members will be working with short rep ranges workIng on strength & power, using bodyweight and equipment such as ropes, D balls, barbells, kettle bells and prowlers. After a short rest the class will then take pan in the conditioning section of the class which may include, loaded carries, weighted runs, sledge hammers on tyre and tyre flips etc. This class Is great for the individual who wants to build speed, strength and power.
