The Strength & Fitness session at York Performance is our trade mark class. This class includes plyometrics, speed, agility, gymnastics, endurance, core stability and strength training. Every session will be different while working through our 3 energy systems to help all aspects of our fitness and working on our compound movements to increase strength levels, As well as this, all members will have the opportunity to learn new skills and lifting techniques to improve athletic performance.

8 Week Performance Program

8 week performance program

The hugely successful York Performance 8 week Performance program is a structured program designed to increase the individuals Strength + Fitness within an 8 week period. Each member will complete 3 strength tests and 3 fitness test on week 1 as well as being given a personalised nutrition plan. Throughout the 8 week program all individuals will be pushed out of their comfort zone in order to beat all strength and fitness tests that are re taken on week 8. This a great program for anyone who wants loss weight following different training methods, improve body composition and improve strength & Fitness.
