All members’ questions and queries will be answered between 11.00 – 13.00 Monday – Friday. If you have limitations or are working around an injury, let me know so exercises can be alternated if needed.

We have had our online programs on the shelf for a while now and we will be releasing the first program tonight for enrolment only.

The Mens Only Strength Camp will consist of:

βœ”3 sessions a week
βœ”Before and after each 8 week block we have our own unique strength test to track your progression and make sure you are on target to getting where you want be.
